I've had a little ‘love affair’ with food since my teenage years, cooking in my own kitchen and being somewhat of a Coffee and Food - Foodie.. I find the form, colour and textures of raw ingredients so visually satisfying and having food arrive at the table, gets my eyes excited and mind thinking on cooking techniques, appreciative of how the dish came to be, well before it passes my lips. Thinking of all the varied establishments I have photographed over the years, (many back in the film camera days), it’s always a wonderful task picking up the camera to create something visually beautiful for each client.
